Job Description Barista Department: Campus Dining - Administration - 170310 Minimum Qualifications
Experience with cash transactions.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings. License/Certification Required Essential Job Functions
Set up and maintain clean and efficient coffee shops throughout the shift.
Greets guests and maintains a friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
Takes orders and checks back with customers.
Maintains clean and professional appearance throughout the shift.
Collect correct payment for sales.
Prepare beverages following recipes.
Count safe and prepare deposit at the end of night.
Help guide and train student employees. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress. Work Schedule/Hours: Will split time between two campus coffeeshops. Schedule depends on business need and location of work. Weekend work is required.
