Job Description:
PVH is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
Requirements:- Resilient and energetic personality traits- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask- Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
