Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and hardworking, with a passion for innovation and research.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends- Resourceful, hardworking, with a passion for innovation and research
