The Engagement team will develop new relationships and partnerships, as well as maintain existing ones, with a clear goal of identifying and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to address process reengineering needs.VP BUSINESS ANALYST ROLEResponsibilities:Support Solution Architect to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of EE products and solutionsPartner with Operations SMEs to document and validate business requirements, testing execution, go live preparation and user trainingCreate traceability of business requirements to technical development and testing strategiesConduct functional testing to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of solutionsManage cycles of testing, defect tracking and resolutionTrack key performance indicators process insights in line with business and franchise priorities and identify areas of opportunity or improvementMeasure the impact of process changes and report to Business Engagement Lead and Product LeadAssist with the training and education of colleagues on solution principles and best practicesApply process modelling standards to map current and future state process flows (when applicable)Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in business analytics, development and execution with prior financial servicesFinance experience a plusAssist with the management of enterprise data assets and products in a large, complex organizationProcess taxonomy experience a plusExperience supporting targeted solutions to global business communitiesCollaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective deliveryQuick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking styleExcellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requestsExcellent MS PowerPoint / presentation creation skillsEducation:Bachelor's degreeThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
