Position: Business Management Specialist Place of Performance : Onsite - Tallahassee, FL Duration: 12 Months with a possible one (1) year renewal Required Qualifications The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position:
Experience with creating executive-level reports and communications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficient in utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel and MS PowerPoint; Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and articles to inside management and outside vendors; Experience with administrative functions; and Ability to adapt to change and be able to handle multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) or more years utilizing MS Suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat software; Proficient in conducting research activities utilizing internet search engines; Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills; Ability to coordinate numerous tasks and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives; Experience in creating presentations for executives; Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client issues; Strong results-oriented, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Enjoy working as a team as well as independently; and Experience working in the IT industry.
