- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate project progress
Superintendent Job Functions:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Monitor project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
Superintendent Skills:
- 5+ years experience working on commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- leading ground up hospitality, healthcare, retail, office, mixed-use, multifamily projects up to $40M
