Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at General Motors in New York City, New York. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience. The successful candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely- Assist customers with any product or service inquiries- Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Track and report on customer feedback and trends- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Experience working remotely is a plus
