Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

TJX is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level individual looking to gain valuable experience in client services.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction- Update client records and maintain accurate documentation- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Reliable and confident personality traits- Strong project management and leadership skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools
