Remote Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Avon Products is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess creativity, strong presentation skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and product orders.2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their needs, and finding appropriate solutions.3. Utilize company resources to answer customer questions and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.6. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.6. Must be resourceful, dedicated, creative, and have strong presentation skills.
