About the Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless functioning of our facilities and administrative operations. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Ensuring the upkeep of buildings, grounds, equipment, and supplies to meet operational standards. Supervising and coordinating overall administrative activities to optimize efficiency. Skillfully negotiating, analyzing, and reviewing contracts for equipment, supplies, and services. Managing rental apartments, including tracking insurance, overseeing utility services, and facilitating contract renewals. Overseeing the acquisition, distribution, and storage of company supplies and shared support services. Coordinating a diverse array of support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in administrative professions or related field. Minimum experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial or generalist capacity. Skills: Demonstrated leadership, keen attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Benefits
