Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers- Develop creative content for online customer engagement and presentations- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Energetic and passionate attitude towards providing excellent customer service- Creative mindset and ability to present information effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred
