Administrative and Clerical positions supporting the businessTracking and processing accounts payable invoicesOverseeing the supervision of the payroll process
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Processing Payroll per the operations payroll schedule• Distributing payroll checks and communicating payroll discrepancies• Collecting and reviewing employee punch correction forms and timesheets• Distributing payroll reports to supervisors for review• Collecting and reviewing employee mileage forms• Processing accounts payable invoices• Assisting with processing of client funds requests• Performing general office duties• Maintaining purchase cards• Preparing and submitting Source forms for property updates• Ensuring business documents are retained• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• Two years of related office management or bookkeeping experience• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information• Meeting all agency requirements for pre-employment• Completion of at least two years of relevant college coursework or equivalent experience• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
