Responsible for day-to-day activities of the Member Services/Welcome CenterProvide strategic leadership to membership functionsEnsure consistent, superior service to maximize member enrollment and program participation

Responsibilities
• Establish new program activities and expand program(s) within the community• Develop and manage budgets• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and supervise staff and volunteers• Compile program statistics and provide data and reports• Provide leadership and support for branch management team and fundraising campaigns• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations• Produce and distribute program information to promote assigned programs• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with YMCA standards and regulations• Develop high-quality programs through innovative development and ongoing staff training• Ensure upkeep of facilities and equipment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in program area or related field• Four or more years of related experience• Broad knowledge of assigned program area(s) and standards/regulations• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations• Experience and knowledge with youth behavior management and child abuse prevention• Experience working with challenging youth• Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite• Ability to visit sites and community organizations
Key Skills Needed
• CPR and First Aid certifications• Supervisory experience preferred• Knowledge of and experience with diverse populations• Ability to speak additional languages may be helpful
