Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As the Online Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our online clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive customer loyalty. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage online client accounts and act as the main point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.2. Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services.3. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.5. Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Develop strategies to increase client retention and drive online sales growth.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the online marketplace.8. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
