Responsibilities
• Direct team members and manage department inventory• Ensure pricing integrity and other operational processes• Deliver accurate and timely service• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood products• Make recommendations and accommodate requests• Manage order guides and reduce shrink• Receive and stock goods following rotation standards• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members• Ensure training and certification of assistant managers and cutters• Work a flexible schedule
Requirements
• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, meat cutting, or culinary• Ability to read and follow planograms and layouts• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Must be at least 18 years old
