Qualifications
1) Is willing to lift and carry 50lbs or more
2) Has physical stamina for minimum 8 hour shift
3) Learner/Coachable
4) Motivated and Disciplined
Compensation
$13-$15/hr and Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K)
50% off meal on duty and 20% off duty
Role Responsibilities
1) Ensures all dishware is properly cleaned and sanitized for kitchen and guests use
2) Maintains dish machine and three-compartment sink efficiency
3) Communicates facility repairs and needs
4) Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
5) Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events

- Assistant Manager: Daily Communication /Execution
- Chefs: Daily Communication /Execution
- FOH Staff: as needed
