Manager of Program Management Are you an accomplished IT change management / project management professional who enjoys working closely with your team to deliver excellent results to clients? Do you have an eye for process improvements and love looking for creative ways to increase efficiency? Join this innovative, trailblazing fintech company as their new Manager of Program Management. In this role, you will develop and implement an effective program management strategy to ensure the successful implementation of their SaaS solution for new and existing clients. You will develop and maintain plans & timelines, lead a team of project managers, monitor team progress, and drive change management & continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position that can be performed in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements Must Haves Strong experience with change management, with a track record of driving successful adoption and change within organizations
Background managing teams with a collaborative, service-oriented leadership style
Expertise in developing and managing project plans and timelines
Excellent, methodical organizational skills, with the capacity to manage various assignments simultaneously
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities; able to identify and mitigate issues and risks
Strong leadership and communication skills; background effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice-to-Haves Experience in the financial industry, specifically with fraud and disputes processes
PMP certification
