Responsibilities
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners• Become an operational expert• Learn and master the knowledge and skills to run your own branch• Cultivate new business and develop your team• Provide excellent customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations• Build relationships in the community• Work an average of 47 hours per week
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required• 6 months of sales, customer service, or leadership/management experience• Leadership experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, athletics, or military service• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years• Authorized to work in the United States• Not interviewed for the same position in any NC location within the past 12 months
