About the job We're looking for an Enterprise Change Manager (ECM) to work on SAS' most complex and ambitious enterprise initiatives to effectively deliver transformational change across the company. In addition, the ECM will develop best practice systems and processes for consumption across the company while ensuring we are developing and growing our enterprise change capability, globally.
As an Enterprise Change Manager you will: Utilize The SAS Change Framework to lead change management activities, ensuring we are establishing a structured, consistent enterprise change approach. Work on transformational, global, cross-functional change management projects across technologies and business processes. Develop comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans. Establish strategic alignment at the outset to align core team members behind what is changing and why Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and its related engagement strategy Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of enablement programs Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Provide reporting and other updates to project teams Providing change coaching and training to employees, as required Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree qualified in a field such as business, economics, management, organizational change management or human resources 8+ years' experience executing enterprise/organizational-wide change initiatives from inception to completion Diversity of change experience across people, process, technology, data Sound understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools Ability to work and engage at all stakeholder levels, particularly Senior Leadership Effective facilitation and influencing skills Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Sound active listening and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Analytical mindset and critical thinking Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations Team player; able to work collaboratively with and through others You're curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
