Job Summary Execute a diverse range of technical tasks encompassing the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment. Address issues with various kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, griddles, and an extensive assortment of commercial refrigerator units. Deliver exemplary customer service while ensuring prompt and effective solutions to equipment malfunctions.
Essential Functions Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment. Maintain superior levels of service quality throughout all interactions. Meet or exceed company-established productivity targets and objectives. Innovate solutions to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage inventory and stock in accordance with organizational guidelines. Research and source parts within budget guidelines and maintenance needs Adhere to maintenance schedules and uphold cleanliness and organization in workspaces Job Requirements Exceptional organizational skills HVAC certified Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Collaborative team player with over 2 years of experience in servicing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques for commercial kitchen equipment High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean record Successful completion of pre-employment background screening COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OPPORTUNITIES $26+/hr DOE
