Responsibilities
• Conducting the daily activities related to the manufacturing operations of the chemical facility• Operating the DCS board• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of inside and outside work activity associated with production• Working within procedures and instructions• Participating in and complying with all training and development activities• Performing emergency response activities• Maintaining BASF standards in safety, environmental, quality manufacturing, and individual/team performance• Assisting with process and equipment troubleshooting• Ensuring data collection, interpretation, and appropriate adjustments• Properly handling various materials to comply with regulations• Sharing knowledge and assisting other operators• Directing operators working outside of the unit
Requirements
• 3+ years chemical manufacturing operations or military experience• 6+ months experience operating a Distributive Control System• Valid driver's license
