We are a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization, committed to providing outstanding service to our clients nationwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and support our corporate staff. This pivotal role will lead our HR department, managing a range of strategic and operational HR functions.
Job Summary:
As our Human Resources Manager, you will guide the HR team, developing, and executing comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, disciplinary processes, and ensuring legal compliance across all HR facets. Additionally, you will supervise an HR Generalist, various vendors, and interns as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration:
Develop, update, and ensure compliance with benefits policies and procedures.
Manage benefit programs, acting as the liaison with external brokers, and oversee annual open enrollment.
Administer COBRA and FMLA programs and ensure effective communication of benefits to maximize participation.
Recruitment and Staff Management:
Coordinate with departments to manage staffing needs.
Oversee the recruitment process, onboarding of new hires, and termination procedures.
Conduct exit interviews and manage job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
Develop staff retention initiatives and manage employee relations, including mediation and conflict resolution.
Oversee disciplinary processes and conduct staff climate surveys to foster a positive work environment.
Compensation:
Manage all compensation-related activities and ensure equitable salary practices according to organizational policy.
Perform compensation analyses and benchmarking.
Performance Management:
Oversee employee performance reviews and manage the 360-degree feedback process.
HR Management & Administration:
Prepare the annual HR budget and manage HR staff, including training and performance evaluations.
Identify and implement process improvements in administrative functions such as timekeeping and payroll.
Other Responsibilities:
Maintain HR policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook.
Manage HR regulatory compliance and prepare necessary external filings.
Maintain HR data systems and prepare internal and external HR reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 7 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including 3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
Preferred certifications: PHR or SPHR.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, such as HRIS and online payroll systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
