Job summary
Enrollment Agent ILocation: Remote in Sherman, TXIntermediate-level position within the Customer Service Representative progression
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming telephone, email, mail, and 3rd party collections inquiries• Communicate with the public and external collection attorneys on various customer service-related matters• Initiate outbound collection calls to delinquent customers• Work outside regular hours in emergency situations• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Work in a fast-paced environment• Possess intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills• Have working knowledge of the C2 and CACS systems• Submit a resume with the application• Be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Three years of experience in a Call Center environment for Level III• Five years of related Call Center experience for Level IV• Pass the EEI Customer Service and Data Entry aptitude test• Minimum of three years of customer service related experience• Familiarity with credit & collections practices and procedures• Speak multiple languages (plus)• Available to work emergency restoration assignments• Available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
