Marketing and Administrative Coordinator for top SW Michigan real estate teamResponsible for coordinating team administrative functions and supporting all team membersEnsuring smooth and efficient office operations

Responsibilities
• Improve, maintain, and document systems and processes for the team• Assist with projects, daily tasks, and assignments• Coordinate and execute the team's existing marketing strategy• Understand social media platforms and social media marketing• Process paperwork and paperless transactions/listings• Facilitate client gifts, events, and follow-up processes• Maintain company website• Plan and facilitate company meetings• Be a resource for team members• Coordinate buyer tours, property showings, and outside vendors• Work with leadership to implement company growth strategy• Special projects as needed
Requirements
• Proactive, energetic, and takes initiative• Excellent communication skills• Interested in facilitating a collaborative environment• Quick to adopt new technology• Organized and deadline-driven• Real estate, management, operations, and/or marketing experience preferred• Proven knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Database software• Working knowledge of social media platforms• Reliable transportation to the St. Joseph office
