Job Description:

AES is seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support operations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.2. Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.3. Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to address customer needs and concerns.5. Lead training and development initiatives for the customer support team to enhance their skills and knowledge.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support operations.7. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions.8. Develop and implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve customer experience.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.2. Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, with at least 6 years of experience.3. Strong leadership and communication skills.4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
