Job Description:

Netflix is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York, US. As an Associate Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our subscribers through various communication channels. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with billing, account management, and technical support questions- Provide accurate information about Netflix services and products- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and escalations- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates- Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and promotions

Requirements:- Reliable and independent with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication, cooperation, and negotiation skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred- Experience in a contact center or customer service role required- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and streaming services a plus
