Crew Leader

As a Crew Leader for Hello Garage of Metro Detroit you will help redefine the garage renovation industry by safely installing high quality garage flooring, organization, and accessories and providing customers with a remarkable experience . You'll also be impacting homeowner's lives by providing them with their dream garage.

What We Offer you:
Competitive hourly rate of $25-30 per hour based on experience. Profit sharing after one year of employment. Opportunities for professional growth. Paid training and state-of-the-art tools and equipment. As a Crew Leader , you will spend your days:
Managing and leading the crew. Working with the General Manager on scheduling projects. Managing tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure your team's success. Transforming customer garages with correct, efficient, and safe installation. Communicating with each customer throughout the installation. Creating a remarkable experience for each customer. The Education and Experience we require:
High school diploma or GED preferred; and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades; or A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field. Plus, a valid driver's license and a safe driving record preferred.
