• Oversee financial and accounting system and personnel• Manage daily operations of accounting department, cashiers, and receptionists• Reconcile bank accounts daily• Prepare financial statements• Process insurance claims and liability insurance• Review financial statements and ledgers to resolve discrepancies• Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll taxes and filing forms• Cross-train in all accounting positions• Perform HR duties and oversee benefits implementation
Requirements
• Previous automotive dealership experience required• Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills• Excellent analytical ability• High school diploma required; college or advanced degree preferred• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications or equivalent
