Job Description:
Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, we are looking for someone who is driven, problem-solving, and a team player.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests- Develop a deep understanding of Molina Healthcare's products and services to effectively communicate with clients- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction- Track and report on client interactions and feedback- Meet and exceed client retention and satisfaction goals
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience in client relations or a related field- Energetic and driven personality- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Availability to work part-time remotely
