Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team at Western Union in Houston, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 8 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients in order to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement client strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client relationships- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client performance and initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 8 years of experience in client relations, preferably in the financial services industry- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key clients- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Reliable and motivated team player with a strong work ethic
