Currently, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman with expertise in masonry to lead and supervise our masonry construction teams.
As a Construction Foreman specializing in masonry, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating masonry construction projects. Your primary duties include:
Direct and oversee daily activities of masonry construction crews, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.
Provide strong leadership to masonry teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Motivate and guide team members to meet project goals.
Monitor and enforce high-quality standards for masonry work, ensuring that craftsmanship meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Maintain open communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Report progress, issues, and updates regularly.
Address and resolve challenges that arise during construction, collaborating with the project team to find effective solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman with a focus on masonry projects. Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage construction crews. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and standards.
