Job Description:

DoorDash is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries or issues that may arise- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients- Attend client meetings and industry events to build relationships and promote DoorDash's services- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- 8+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Strong presentation and communication skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Experience in the food delivery or logistics industry is a plus
