Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team remotely in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and complaints- Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and finding solutions to their needs- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy towards all customers- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the database- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting call quotas and performance metrics set by the company- Collaborating with team members and management to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:- Resourceful and adaptable personality traits are a must- Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade customers effectively- Strong people management skills to handle various customer personalities- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using call center software and customer database systems- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
