Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

First Data is seeking a motivated Call Center Assistant to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As a part-time, entry-level position, the Call Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or general information- Assist customers with product or service-related questions and provide solutions as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on inquiries - Meet performance metrics and goals set by management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Driven and resilient attitude with a passion for customer service - Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple projects - No prior experience required - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
