Responsibilities
• Bake and prepare a variety of food• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, etc.• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, etc.• Safely use utensils including knives• Store food properly according to safety policies• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor• Adhere to safety policies and procedures• Ensure security of company assets
Requirements
• Previous experience as a baker or in a related role preferred• Knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations• Required to obtain food safety certification(s)• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills
