Responsibilities
• Support total store sales and ensure product availability• Lead store response and emergency crisis situations• Educate teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures• Develop and lead team members to elevate their skills• Anticipate staffing needs and talent plan• Establish a culture of accountability and performance management• Identify theft and shortage trends• Reduce shortage and drive profitable sales• Follow safe and secure work schedule• Own prevention and resolution of external theft incidents• Support internal investigations• Communicate and influence AP priorities• Lead and model safety culture• Deliver business results and prioritize guest experience• Evaluate and recommend candidates• Lead team onboarding and learning• Establish clear goals and expectations• Provide a guest-centric shopping experience
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older• High school degree or equivalent• Meet state or local licensure and legal requirements• Previous retail and/or loss prevention experience preferred• Ability to lead and hold others accountable• Learn and adapt to technology needs• Work independently and as part of a team• Manage workload and prioritize tasks• Effectively communicate• Access all areas of the building• Climb ladders• Apprehend subjects in accordance with company policy• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely• Flexible work schedule and regular attendance necessary
