Responsibilities
• Build work control documents (WCDs) for activity-level work• Coordinate with Work Week Managers to develop weekly schedules• Ensure packages are processed through the system in a timely manner• Interact with support organizations and subject matter experts• Provide work documents for safe and compliant conduct of work• Process WCD records for RIDS• Work with Maintenance Admins for complete and auditable WCDs• Send Trending and Feedback Notices, Delinquent Reporting, and PM Request Form Processing• Provide documents for records to other departments• Support Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering
Requirements
• Associate's degree with two (2) years of related experience, or• High School Diploma or Equivalency with four (4) years of related experience• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written• Experience with Computer Database Systems• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen• Higher education attainment than listed acceptable• Six months experience working in a Work Control Center, or• Six months Records Coordinator experience• Previous WIPP process experience• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (especially CHAMPS)
