Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest level of customer experience across multiple stores by maintaining excellence in store standards and product knowledge. Meet or exceed sales quotas provided, demonstrating exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Provide detailed information on Boost Mobile products, plans, and promotions to customers. Effectively sell Boost Mobile devices and accessories, processing payments and answering any customer inquiries. Manage store inventory, conduct minor cleaning duties, and distribute promotional materials as needed. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication. Collaborate with sales and support staff to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives. Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cellular sales and retail sales required. Ability to work independently and autonomously, with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits:
