As the Product Lead for Receivables Solutions, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology to define and develop payment-based solutions which will integrate with the Bank's online platform solution. This will involve integration with multiple vendors to provide a cohesive, competitive and valuable client experience. You will lead other product managers across sprint teams from product definition to development, launch and iteration. The scope of your teams spans treasury services and digital banking platforms from foundational services to interconnectivity of the services. Therefore, effective collaboration with stakeholders, while developing the long-term strategy and vision of the payment solutions, is key. In this role you will champion the voice of our LOB's and stakeholders to deliver payment capabilities that are not just reliable, scalable, and secure, but resembles the Flagstar vision for customer Treasury Management.

Operational:
Effective interface with appropriate business lines to ensure appropriate technical support and resources for new or enhanced product/services. Sales cycle knowledge including sales planning, sales approach, and providing solutions to business customers of all sizes. Refine operational duties through solution expertise to identify systems issues and the ability to triage and resolve those issues to ensure excellence in customer service. Develops the process for measuring trends and patterns relative to product/services, competitive patterns, market share, and market perception and image. Team Management:
Monitoring and coaching performance of team members, ensuring that relationships are created and maintained, taking appropriate action to ensure goals are achieved (including sourcing deals personally), while taking corrective actions if goals are not being achieved and leveraging expertise and knowledge to develop an outstanding team. Attracting, developing and coaching a successful sales and product management team. Responsible for recommendations for hiring, training, development, and handling of salary administration, performance reviews, and employee relations issues. Strategic Planning:
Partnering with division management to create a strategic plan for the Treasury Management group. Active collaboration in the development, implementation and roll-out for new business products and product enhancements, including pricing, agreements, implementation documents, and standards. Works in partnership with internal stakeholders from product development, vendor management and Sales to stimulate and generate ideas in the development and enhancement of products/services, including recommendations for and prioritization of the product/service development annual budget and funding justification consistent with our strategic direction. Governance:
Audit and other Special projects  Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Takes responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies. Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree Minimum 10 years of banking experience which includes client facing roles within treasury management sales and customer service teams Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience managing remote staff Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Detailed wholesale receivables solutions expertise; Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Services, Cash Vault, Remote Safe and EBPP, etc. Direct involvement and/or Voice with Receivables Networks, such as: The Clearing House (TCH), AFP, external vendors, etc. Ability to foster internal and external collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, partners and the organization Experience managing in high growth, dynamic organizational environments Certified Treasury Professional CTP and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred Desire to learn and expand understanding of treasury management products and services Expertise related to business cash flows, accounting processes and financial optimization Expertise in value propositions related to treasury management applications within a corporate treasury environment Expertise of both business and banking regulations such as UCC, Reg CC, Reg E and regulatory guidance/oversight Has the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources to resolve a service challenge or develop a solution Ability to lead client focus groups in order to ensure optimal client experience Adhere to all REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE issues linked to the job and the team and understand how these issues help the bank achieve the vision of remaining an independent bank (required for all positions) Staff member is expected to consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to their job as listed. Staff member will not repeatedly act in a manner signifying intentional or willful noncompliance, nor exhibit gross negligence or a general disregard for compliance and regulatory standards. Staff member must ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Staff member must complete all required compliance training on a timely basis. Staff member will maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Staff member must take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
