Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee graphics for visual merchandising• Produce iterations of art direction and follow guidelines• Work closely with creative team on campaign development• Strategize and communicate with internal Wholesale partners• Utilize templates and prepare files for print production• Present to internal management and address feedback• Provide design support to cross-functional teams• Streamline processes to increase productivity• Other responsibilities as assigned• Location: U.S. Based Role. Downtown Seattle preferred, open to remote.• Hours: Typical business hours• Physical requirements: Ability to sit for long periods and manage screen time• Travel requirements: Less than 20%
Requirements
• Stable work history• Formal graphic design training with a focus on print• 2+ years of graphic design and production experience• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.• Ability to prioritize and work well under tight deadlines• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills• High attention to detail• Strong production skills and collaboration ability• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Portfolio reflecting design abilities and creativity• Concepting and designing for consumer-centric retail mindset
