We are seeking a professional with industry experience for an exciting new Sales Manager/Trainer role! 
Job Details/Responsibilities: Assist leadership with creating an effective plan to increase sales while setting clear sales and customer service expectations.Monitor KPIs and goals to ensure improvement.           Identify gaps in performance, productivity, and quality to provide recommended action plans for improvement.Provide coaching and immediate feedback to strengthen overall performance.                                           Regularly provide strategic and customized one on one coaching.Create and conduct sales training for new employees.Respond to customer inquiries regarding price, deposit and return questions.Respond to questions directed to the sales department. Qualifications: 1 year industry experience required.3+ years of prior sales coaching/training for multiple locations.Excellent communication & relationship building skills.Licensed HCP preferred.Compensation & Benefits: Generous base salary plus an opportunity for bonuses. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO.HHR will disclose details in further conversation.
