Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and execution of welding engineering projects• Collaborate with the team to improve welding processes and techniques• Conduct research and analysis to support new product development initiatives• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues• Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and quality• Support the maintenance of standardized operating procedures• Assist in data collection and analysis for process improvement projects• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion• Contribute to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field• Knowledge or coursework in welding processes and techniques• Familiarity with industrial controls (PLC) and robotics is a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
