Weekend Front Desk Representative

G-Force Gymnastics Academy is looking for a professional and outgoing applicant with a customer service mindset to join our team. Our busy gymnastics center is kept running smoothly by our front desk staff that handles everything from class enrollment to pro-shop inventory. Being the first face of the business that our customers see, a professional attitude and outgoing personality is a must. This part time position is for weekends only. Friday hours are negotiable but Saturday and Sunday are required for this position. There are additional evening hours available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the summer. 
Candidate Requirements Must be 18years or older with a High school diploma or GED Must have reliable transportation Must have some experience in a customer service field Must be able to operate basic office equipment Must understand basic computer and word processing functions Must be available Saturday 8:30AM - 4:45PM and Sunday 9:30AM - 3:45PM Basic Job Duties Include Answering phones and checking messages Assisting with enrollments and questions about our program Attending to customers and athletes at the desk Addressing any customer service issues appropriately Handling transactions for purchases and special events Keeping the front office and lobby areas clean Occasional Opening or Closing of the facility Our ideal candidate for this position is a self starter and motivated to learn new things.
