WHAT'S THE SCOPE? As a Weekend CNA , you can expect to earn between $16.50 and $20 per hour , depending on your experience. Additionally, we offer a $1 pay differential for working weekends .
You are also given great benefits such as flexible scheduling, a 401(k) with company match, health, dental, vision, and exclusive hotel discounts. You provide high-quality care and support to our residents during the weekend shifts , which may include day, swing, or night shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays .
YOUR DAY AS A WEEKEND CNA As a Weekend CNA with our senior living center, you can expect each day to be fulfilling and dynamic. Each shift you collaborate closely with our nursing staff to assist residents with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You monitor their vital signs, administer medication as directed, and be attentive to any changes in their condition, promptly reporting any concerns to the nursing team. During your shifts, you have the opportunity to engage with residents on a personal level, listening to their stories and providing companionship. You help create a warm and nurturing environment by encouraging social interaction, organizing activities, and assisting with meals.
WHAT'S REQUIRED? 18+ years old CNA certification is strongly preferred but not required HELLO, WE'RE LEGACY VILLAGE OF ST. GEORGE!
