Web Chat Representative - Work From Home

As a Web Chat Representative at Interpublic Group, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing excellent customer service and support through online chat channels.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and product support- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction- Utilize resources and knowledge base to resolve customer issues efficiently- Work closely with team members to collaborate on solutions and provide a seamless customer experience- Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Resourceful and adaptable to changing customer needs- Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate and guide customers- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms- Comfortable working independently from home with a reliable internet connection
