Job Description:
Voya Financial is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Austin, Texas, US, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role in the future. As an Entry Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and address concerns related to our financial products and services.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance and information- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using online chat platforms- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members remotely- Persuasion skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information- Strong project management skills and attention to detail- No prior experience required, training will be provided- Must be located in Austin, Texas, US
