Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Representative at DaVita HealthCare Partners in San Diego, California, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet or exceed performance goals for response times and customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:- Independent and reliable, able to work effectively with minimal supervision- Strong leadership and communication skills- Previous experience in customer service or a related field- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
