We are looking for a Project Manager with experience working on Wastewater projects to join our team in Detroit! What You Will Be Doing As a Wastewater Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This includes collaborating with contractors and other professionals, conducting site visits, monitoring budgets, and providing guidance to ensure projects are completed as planned. You will be responsible for managing the project development, budget, and timeline of wastewater projects. You will be collaborating with teams of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ Years Project Management experience working on Wastewater/Wet Utility projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field
- Experience using HCSS, MS Project, P6, and/or Procore
- Familiarity with Job Order Contracts strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency with scheduling, delegating tasks, budgeting, and negotiating contracts
- Proven track record of leading construction crews to complete projects ahead of schedule and under budget
