Responsibilities
• Ensure associates fill out required documentation.• Handle materials with care to produce quality parts.• Provide direction to Internal Logistics Team Leaders.• Operate equipment and assist in material transactions.• Support daily operations in the Warehouse.• Comply with safety, quality, delivery, and inventory metrics.• Champion and deploy the Danaher Business System.• Facilitate cross-training associates and promote a learning environment.
Requirements
• 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing with supervisory and coaching experience.• Experience in a warehouse environment and supply chain management.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.• Keen eye for quality and adherence to policies and procedures.
