Each day you will drive to a customer's home with a desire to own a walk-in tub. Oftentimes the drive is 90 to 120 miles one way. For the next 2-3 hours you are helping our customers to make a life-changing decision. 30% closing ratio is the minimum expectation but 60% is what the top reps do. At the end of the day, our confirmation team looks at tomorrow's calendar and decides which appointments have the highest chance of closing. Oftentimes those best appointments are leads that may require an overnight stay in a hotel for which Bath Wizard ® prepays. Overnight travel is occasional and not always a requirement but the highest-earning sales reps look forward to this. The role of a road warrior becomes the highest-paid hard work you are ever going to do!
